Welcome to Passiflora Resorts! Our aim is to ensure your stay is pleasant, safe, and memorable within the serene beauty of the Sahyadri Hills and Pawna Lake. We kindly ask that you read, understand, and agree to the following terms and conditions to maintain harmony and respect for the property, our staff, and fellow guests.

Terms and Conditions

1. Check-in Time: 14:00 PM IST
2. Check-out Time: 11:00 AM IST
3. Early check-in is available and subject to prior notification and room availability. Guests are advised to inform the reception in advance to accommodate such requests.
4. Check-ins formalities and key collection are available only at the hotel reception.
5. It is mandatory for all guests to provide a Valid ID card at Check in.
6. Please note that late check-outs will incur a fee of Rs. 1000 per hour, per room, and must be confirmed in advance with management approval
7. Early check-out notifications are required by 10:00 PM the previous night for efficient arrangements.
8. Prices are subject to change without notice.
9. It is mandatory for any Non-Resident Indians/Foreigners to produce their passports at check-in.
10. Standard terms and conditions of the hotel apply – Rights of Admission Reserved.
11. Anything which is not mentioned in the quotation shall be charged extra.
12. Rooms will not be allotted if full payment is not done while check-in.
13. Billing would be at the agreed rate for the number of Guests Guaranteed or Actual number of guests, whichever is higher.
14. In case of conflict in the actual bill provided to you after the receipt of services, the terms of the bill will prevail.

Visitor and Occupancy Policy

1. Visitors are not allowed inside the guest rooms to ensure security and maintain a peaceful environment.
2. Hotel Management will not be responsible for any mishaps, accidents or injuries to guests during the entire event at resort.
3. The maximum occupancy policy applies to each room; exceeding this may incur additional charges or cancellation of the reservation.
4. Accommodation/Bed ( Male Staff Only) is available for guest staff or drivers in our staff quarters(nearby our resort) at Rs. 500 per night (one staff member per room ). Meals are not complimentary and can be ordered à la carte or through a pre-selected meal package at the resort restaurant.
5. The Management has the right to request any guest to vacate his/her room or other areas of the hotel forthwith, Without previous notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, and the guest shall be bound to vacate when requested to do so. In case of the default, the Management has the right to remove the Guest luggage and belongings from the room occupied by him/her.
6. Neatness and hygiene should be adequately maintained by the Guest. The Guest should always adhere to the safety, security and hygiene advise duly provided by the Hotel and should avoid breaching the same. The Guest will be solely responsible for any such violation if identified.
7. All the assets and valuables of the Hotel should be duly maintained adequately and should not be damaged or destroyed. The Hotel has the discretion to levy any charges in if it is proven beyond doubt that such damage/destruction to the asset of the Hotel (both movable and immovable) have been done or caused by the Guest.
8. Complimentary parking is available for guests; however, vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk. The resort is not liable for any damage, theft, or loss related to parked vehicles. The swimming pool is available for guest use during hours that comply with Indian government regulations. Guests are advised to adhere to these timings for their safety and convenience.
9. Eating inside rooms is not permitted to prevent attracting ants, insects, and other wildlife such as rats or stray animals.
10. Due to our location in a forested area, guests may occasionally encounter insects, spiders, flies, or reptiles despite our strict maintenance measures. This is a natural occurrence in a jungle environment and should not be interpreted as a lack of hygiene or upkeep on the property.
11. For your comfort and safety, please keep all windows closed during the late evening and heavy rains. This helps prevent the entry of insects, spiders, ants, and reptiles, as well as
water during rainstorms, given our elevated location.
12. We recommend keeping a bucket of water filled in the washroom for any emergencies.
13. Our hot water supply is powered by solar heaters, and availability may depend on weather conditions. Should you require warm water, please inform the staff.
14. We have electricity backup, including inverters and generators, to manage most power needs. However, given our village location, there may be occasional power supply interruptions. Should there be an extended power issue, no payment adjustments will be made, as the situation is beyond management’s control.
15. All lobby areas and common spaces of the resort are accessible to in-house guests until
11:30 PM IST, except in the case of complete villa bookings, where access may be subject to specific arrangements.

Third- party bookings:

1. If you have made a reservation through any agents, associates, travel sites, or similar platforms, please note that our resort’s terms and conditions will be the governing guidelines for your stay. We do not recognize any promises or commitments made by agents that deviate from our official policies. Any modifications or assurances provided by agents are between you and the agent; the resort will not be held liable for such claims. Our terms and conditions are final and take precedence over any verbal or written communications from agents. No third-party individual has the authority to make decisions on behalf of the resort.

Cancellation Policy:

1. Cancellations made within 3 days of arrival will incur a 50% room rate charge on Weekdays and 75% on weekends,
2. Cancellation made within 24 hours of arrival or on the day of check in, 100% cancellation charges. All advances or transactions will be forfeited.
3. Changes to bookings may be requested up to 72 hours before arrival, based on availability. 

Extra Guest and Child policy:

1. A child below 6 years is complimentary on rooms without an extra bed.
2. Children between 6-12 years of age would be charged an extra Adult rate.
3. Maximum 3 Adults or 2 Adults with two children below 6 years would be allowed per room.
4. A maximum of one extra mattress would be permitted per room for room bookings.
5. Extra person can only be accommodated in Deluxe rooms and Premium Deluxe Rooms.

Lights-Out Policy:

1. The lights-out period is from 12:30 AM to 7:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests. During this time, we kindly request that all guests keep noise levels to a minimum and as per government norms.

Room Decor and Maintenance:

1. Guests are prohibited from hanging any items in room windows/Curtains/Common Balcony/walls that may affect the resort’s appearance.
2. Shifting or moving any furniture, electronic items, or decor without permission is not allowed, and penalty of Rs.1000 will be imposed.
3. Unwashable stains, rips,burns or tears on linens, towels, curtains, or upholstery will result in charges added to the guest’s bill.
4. Curtains are provided for privacy; please do not use curtains to clean hands or clean shoes other items. Any stains that cannot be removed will be charged at check-out.
5. For hygiene purposes, all guests are requested to refrain from using curtains as towels.
6. For any Damage done to the hotel amenities, items or property, guests are liable to make up for the charges in full, and for the amount as seen appropriate by the management.
7. Laundry services are available upon request and are subject to additional charges.

Cleanliness and Room Hygiene:

1. Passiflora Resorts conducts a daily inspection of rooms, sheets, towels, and curtains. If any cigarette burns or permanent stains are found on these items, the guest staying that room on that day will be held financially responsible.
2. Guests are encouraged to maintain room cleanliness to support our eco-friendly policies. Please feel free to request additional towels or tissues as needed to avoid unintended staining of resort decor.

Food and Beverage Policy:

1. Guests are prohibited from ordering or receiving food from outside the resort.
2. Personal food and beverages are not allowed.
3. All payments for food orders must be completed by the night of service or by signing the bill. The resort restaurant menu and official price list are available at reception.
4. All meals for in-house guests are served in the restaurant. Should you wish to have food served outside the restaurant, including those included in your food package, additional charges will apply, and prior approval from management is required
5. Guests are encouraged to avoid food waste by opting for additional servings during buffet. Excess food saved supports feeding a child in need.

In-Room Smoking and Hygiene:

1. Smoking inside the rooms and lobby spaces are strictly prohibited. Violations will incur a Rs.1000 penalty per person. Please look out or ask our staff for the smoking zones nearest to you.
2. Each room is inspected daily, and any damages, including burns on linens, curtains, upholstery, walls will be charged to the guest who is checked into that room.

Pet Policy:

1. Guests may bring one pet for an additional charge. Pets are allowed only in designated outdoorareas and must remain leashed in all common areas. They are not permitted inside the resort orrooms, and guests are responsible for any damages caused by their pets. Please ensure to bring asuitable cage for your pet’s stay.

Housekeeping and Maintenance Services:

1. Housekeeping services are available daily from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Requests for services outside these hours will not be accommodated.
2. Housekeeping and necessary repairs will be carried out during the guest’s absence or, if preferred, in their presence. Please inform the reception for any specific requests.

Guest Conduct and Noise Control:

1. Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and decent manner, adhering to resort policies and standards.
2. Disturbances or nuisances caused to other guests are not permitted. If a guest disrupts the peace or fails to respect the rules, the management reserves the right to refuse further accommodation.
3. In the event of any dispute between guests within the resort premises, the management will make every effort to mediate and resolve the matter amicably. However, if a mutual resolution cannot be reached, the resort reserves the right to escalate the issue by notifying local law enforcement authorities to intervene.

CCTV Surveillance and Privacy:

1. The resort premises (excluding rooms) are under CCTV surveillance for security purposes and as per government norms. Guests agree to this upon check-in.
2. Privacy and Data Protection: Guest data is collected as per the Personal Data Protection Act (Journal of Laws of 1997, no. 133, item 883 as amended), and guests consent to the use of their personal data for check-in purposes.

Damage and Liability:

1. Any damage to property, amenities, or resort items caused by the guest or their visitors will incur full compensation charges.
2. A refundable security deposit of Rs. 2000 is collected upon check-in, which will be refunded after an inspection of the room at check-out. If damages are found, repair costs will be billed to the guest.

Valuables and Safety:

1. The resort is not liable for lost or damaged personal items. Guests are encouraged to store valuables in the in-room safes.
2. Weapons, explosives, flammable materials, and hazardous substances are prohibited in the resort.
3. Guests are strictly prohibited from bringing any items banned under narcotics regulations. The management will not be held responsible for any consequences arising from violations of this policy.

Room Access and Key Policy:

1. Guests will receive a room key upon completing check-in at reception. Lost or unreturned keys will incur a Rs. 250 replacement fee.
2. For safety, the DO NOT DISTURB sign can be displayed for a maximum of 24 hours. After this period, management reserves the right to enter the room for security reasons.

Entertainment Zone and Karaoke Slots:

1. Guests may book karaoke slots at check-in. Please ensure the entertainment zone is used responsibly; any damages will result in charges billed to the guest.
2. Use of the entertainment zone should be safe and orderly. Misuse or destruction of items may lead to compensation charges.

Airport Transfers and Other Services:

1. Airport Transfer Service are available upon request at the reception. Please refer to the published price list for charges.
2. Room amenities and airport transfer services are available on request to ensure a smooth and comfortable stay.

Jurisdiction:

1. Any disputes arising from the terms and conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Pune, Maharashtra. By signing this document, you acknowledge and agree to abide by all terms and conditions during your stay at Passiflora Resorts All terms and conditions of the resort are established in compliance with government regulations and norms. By choosing to stay with us, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms to ensure a safe and pleasant experience for all guests.
